Every couple wants to see the wedding photos their guests took—the candid laughs, the dance floor fails, and the angles the professional photographer missed. But if you’re using The Knot or Zola, you’ve probably realized their built-in photo tools usually require your guests to download a clunky app, create an account, or navigate an annoying login screen.
The easiest workaround? LiveShareNow.
With LiveShareNow, your guests just scan a QR code or click a link, and they can instantly upload photos directly from their phone’s camera roll—no apps required.
If you already set up your wedding website on Zola or The Knot, you don’t have to start over. Here is exactly how to integrate your LiveShareNow gallery into your existing wedding website in less than 5 minutes.
Step 1: Grab Your LiveShareNow Link and QR Code
Before you log into your wedding website editor, let’s get your sharing assets ready.
-
Log into your livesharenow.com dashboard.
-
Open your Wedding Event Gallery.
-
Click Share and copy your unique Direct Upload Link (it will look something like
[livesharenow.com/your-wedding-name](https://livesharenow.com/your-wedding-name)). -
Download your high-resolution QR Code image to your computer or phone.
How to Add LiveShareNow to The Knot
The Knot allows you to add custom links and custom pages to your navigation bar, making it incredibly easy for guests to find your gallery.
Option A: Add a Direct Link to Your Navigation Menu (Recommended)
-
Log into your dashboard on The Knot and go to your Website Builder.
-
In the pages menu, click Add Page or look for the + icon.
-
Choose Custom Link.
-
Set the Link Title to something clear, like “Upload Wedding Photos” or “Share Your Photos!”
-
Paste your unique LiveShareNow Direct Upload Link into the URL box.
-
Save and publish. This adds a dedicated button right at the top of your wedding website that sends guests straight to your camera upload screen.
Option B: Put the QR Code on Your “Q&A” or “Welcome” Page
-
Go to your Pages manager and edit your Home/Welcome page or your Q&A page.
-
Add a text block or edit an existing question (e.g., “How do we share photos with you?”).
-
Use the image upload tool to insert your LiveShareNow QR Code.
-
Add a quick caption below it: “Scan this code anytime during the wedding to instantly upload your photos to our digital album—no app required!”
How to Add LiveShareNow to Zola
Zola is incredibly flexible and allows you to create dedicated custom pages where your QR code and link can live side-by-side.
Option A: Create a Dedicated “Photo Sharing” Page
-
Log into Zola and navigate to your Wedding Website dashboard.
-
Click Add a Page and select Custom Page.
-
Name the page “Share Your Photos”.
-
Click Add Content Block and choose a layout that includes text and an image.
-
Upload your LiveShareNow QR Code as the image.
-
In the text section, write a brief note to your guests:
“We want to see the night through your eyes! Click the link below or scan the QR code to upload your photos directly to our live album. You don’t need to download any apps!”
-
Use Zola’s Button tool within that block, name it “Click Here to Upload Photos”, and paste your LiveShareNow URL into the link field.
Option B: Add it to Your Zola “Schedule” (Perfect for the Reception)
Since guests usually start taking photos during the reception, you can drop the link right into your itinerary.
-
Go to your Schedule tab on Zola.
-
Edit your Reception event.
-
In the Description box, paste your LiveShareNow link.
-
Remind your guests: “During the reception, visit this link to add your photos to our live slideshow!”
Pro Tip for Your Big Day 💡
While having the link on your Zola or The Knot website is great for guests looking at their phones during the wedding weekend, don’t forget the physical venue!
Print out your LiveShareNow QR code and place it on:
